Office / Admin Fee

This covers the cost of gathering pricing from vendors and putting together the budget estimate. Pricing is determined off the total square footage of the build.

• 0-2,000 sq ft = $500

• 2,000-3,000 sq ft = $750

• 3,000 sq ft and above = Request Pricing

Preliminary Drawings 

If being provided with a preliminary drawing due to requesting a build be drawn from sketch price is as follows:

• $125/Hr

Plan Rendering Package 

This includes the Elevations, Roof, Electrical, and Floor plan. 

• Starts at $1.50 per square foot
